“Older smaller right down town.”

Old River Mini Golf
Reviewed 28 March 2012

This course is small and old and is right downtown wi dells. There isn't really anything special about it. You may save a few bucks by going here and it may not be as busy as say pirates cove but you get what you pay for. This course has been the same for years and I have never seen an upgrade. Oh Well easy to see it as its right next to the street. Look before you decide.

this is an okay place for mini golf. there are better places in the dells to go; however, depending on who is doing the mini golfing i'd think could make the difference. for kids just trying to putz around this is probably just fine, but for a more interesting/different experience it'd try somewhere else.

I loved this course, because it is more flat and took more skill than either Timber Falls or Pirate's Cove. Some of the holes need new carpet, but it looks like they put some new carpet on the other holes. I would recommend this course for those who like a challenge and even those who bring young kids (they have nine-hole packages).

This place is great need of a facelift/new management. It has such a prime location (located right off the main downtown strip). It only accepts cash.....just so ya know. The grounds are unkempt. There are weeds growing onto the courses. The areas that used to have water running through the course are all dried up. The benches/walkways are spintering and growing over with weeds. My kids didn't seem to care too much.....but I couldn't wait to get out of there. This mini golf should just get it over with and close.

Nice alternative to busier mini golf places nearby (pirates cove or timber falls). A little older, but I think it's more charming. Lots of nice landscaping (flowers, waterfalls, shady trees, etc.) as well as creative holes. Right off the main street, parking right next to the entrance too.
