We stayed in one of the renovated 2 bed/2 bath Pine Villas. It was very cozy and the perfect size for us and our in laws. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The slopes are a bit small, but the perfect size for kids. Our family had a blast snow tubing! We will definitely stay here again!

We were trying to go on a romantic night away and all was good until the 4 teenagers got in next door to us and started a party until all hours of the night. I believe the thought they were WWE wrestlers because they sounded like they were coming in our townhouse. Don't let me forget they were also skateboarding down the stairs inside and out ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!! We spoke to the front desk and they comped us for a two bedroom two night stay when we wanted it in the Timbers this time. I will say the townhome was very nice but dishwasher doesn't wash well. An alot of lady bugs. My suggestion Vaccuum everywhere. We did go and listen to the speech about time share we paid for our own room and did not know that they would ask us to do this but we did and got a$100 visa gift card. Will use it when we come back for our free weekend stay to buy food hope this room is better!!

We own points at bluegreen resort. We bought it 12 years ago. The place was great then. But as for now it is gone down hill. They are no longer a public company they were made a private company as of April. We were not informed of this at all until 2 weeks ago. We are very disappointed with the new owners. They are pulling all the hot tubs out of every unit and the jacuzzi tubs. They say it cost to much. If anything cost to much iris the large hot tub outside. Wish the new owners would get a clue. If you go there please please do not buy anymore time there. We were offered to buy more we did not. Glad for that. They are selling points at 3.60-4.20 a point. Ask them if they were to buy ours back what they would pay us for them. They told me .77 cents. So word of caution Buyer beware!! We have been disappointed twice there with no jacuzzi tub in the units. That is the only reason why we go there. I don't think they are going to last to long without that. They want more money but they take away the amenities and say sorry there is noting we can do about or help you out with anything if you are disappointed. BUYER BEWARE OF CHRISTMAS MOUNTAIN!!!

Room Tip: Ask for room that is not renovated.

This was a great place to stay. We got a unit that had just been remodeled and everything was brand new. The fireplace came in handy as it got cold the weekend that we stayed there. It's only about a ten minute drive west of the main area of the Dells. The grounds were well kept. I would definitely go back again.

I stayed at Christmas Mountain Oct 2013. The queen villa was bug infested. (see posted photos). First and foremost, the size of the villa is no bigger than a small hotel room. Totally not worth the almost $500 they charge. Second, the place was bug infested with Asian Beatles, gnats, and flies. Upon calling the office, I was told that an exterminator will come. Outside of the fact that I have asthma, who wants to sleep in a room recently exterminated, with dying bugs everywhere. They will hide in your bags and clothes just to get away from the spray. I was informed that my room couldn't be changed because every room was infested. They didn't disclose their infestation problem to us. We ended up leaving and going to Tamarack. Twice the size, half the price, more updated, and bug free!

Room Tip: Don't stay here!!!

This is an old property that hasn't been updated, or kept up, in years. It's not a bad place and is best for families, but for those who are used to better accomodations, this is definitely not it. The appliances are old and small, the carpet is frayed, the beds aren't very comfortable, and the shower is small with low water pressure. All that being said, it was comfortable enough for us who was there just to eat and sleep.

The resort itself is primarily for families during the summer. All the activities in Wisconsin Dells shut down around the first of October. No big deal for us since we weren't there for that, but just be aware.

The staff was not good - very uninformed and some of them, very rude. Basically, not a place we would spend our money again.

We took a long weekend at a cottage at Christmas Mountain Village. Ours was a recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Cozy and comfortable. We loved evenings by the fire. The unit was clean with great beds. The resort is outside of town with a short drive to the waterparks but away from all the commotion and traffic. There are outside pools for summer visitors, but in the fall there is an indoor pool and awesome hot tub. We plan to come back in the winter to try tubing on the ski slopes. We enjoyed a visit to nearby cheese factory and a garden center with great pumpkins and homemade baked goods. Fun trip!

Room Tip: Ask for a remodeled unit.
