The staff was always friendly & accommodating to all needs. Location is close to the Rodeo, grt parking.

Breakfast was comparable, good for being free.

Our A/C broke down, but the response was immediate, friendly & extremely helpful. The front desk staff even asked us the next day when they saw us leaving the room if everything was in working order.

We felt right at home! What a great hotel & lovely personnel!

Highly recommend this Hotel over any chain!

The hotel welcomes you with local candy and fresh cookies not to mention s'more items set out by their outdoor firepit. The rooms are beautifully decorated in old western and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is helpful and very kind. I would love to stay there again! Best hotel I've stayed in by far.

Best luxury hotel in cody. very clean, nice view of surrounding mountains, special touch with smores in evening from 6pm to 11pm, pool open 24hrs a day, nice expanded continental breakfast, nice and helpful staff. The evening maintenance man Kenny was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay nice, besides helping us with cody attractions and dining. He also advised us on neighboring cities attractions and places to avoid with a family.

Room Tip: I would ask for a room facing the west. Does not matter which floor(1 to 3). Nice views of mountains...

We recently spent two nights at the Cody as our Little League Baseball was playing a tournament in town. I was extremely impressed during the stay. The entire staff was friendly (Diane checked us in and a maintenance/security person was also very kind) and always willing to help. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the cookies in the front lobby, and the s'mores offered every night at the bonfire. Personally, the rooms were comfortable and had great atmosphere. The artwork in the lobby and throughout the hotel was wonderful. I was pleased with the exercise room, the cleanliness of the laundry facilty, and the overall appearence of the grounds. We will definitely stay at the Cody again!

Very expensive for service provided. The room was fine- clean, well decorated, comfy bed etc. Sadly the balcony overlooked an industrial unit so was impossible to sit outside in the fresh air after a long drive on theway from Yellowstone to Rapid City. The breakfast buffet was ok but nothing special for the price we paid. The staff at reception were not very friendly or welcoming.

Very nice understated Western decor, very clean and neat. Fairly large room with sink outside the bathroom; china cups in the room for use with in-room coffeemaker. Fireplace in the lobby with comfy couches; piano at the other end of lobby. Small outside sitting area with water feature and fire pit.
Breakfast was expanded continental with several hot choices; real china and flatware, cloth napkins.
Quiet location at edge of town, across from rodeo grounds. Warm fresh cookies at check-in; friendly and helpful staff.
