Great Hotel. Very Clean, Staff very helpful. Breakfast very good. Nice lobby, good place to hang out and read about the history of this area. Perfect location for sightseeing. Take the Chief Joseph Highway to Cooke City into Yellowstone. Just Beautiful. You won't be sorry.
Beds and very comfortable . You can't go wrong staying here. Well worth the few extra dollars you may spend over the lower class hotels in the town.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel with awesome furnishings. Great breakfast room, exercise room, laundry facilities and accommodates pets like no other. The first floor rooms designated for pet owners are spotless and very convenient with patios accessable to the outside which is set up with an area designed as a "run" for dogs. This hotel may be one of the best pet friendly hotels we have ever stayed and next year when we vacation in MT and pass thru Cody, THE CODY will be the place we stay. .

Absolutely wonderful. A bit pricey but well worth the splurge. We stayed here the night before heading into Yellowstone National Park. The Cody is about 50 miles from the east entrance of the park. Check-in was a breeze. The Jacuzzi King Suite we stayed in was absolutely outstanding. The room had a balcony with a view of the mountains and the front courtyard with fire pit, water feature, and sitting area. Although we did not take time to use the pool or fitness area, it looked very welcoming. The Cody offered a very nice, well maintained continental breakfast. There was one horrible part though, the part where we had to leave. Can't wait to go back!

Was the best hotel on our two week trip across the west. People were great, place was fantastic. Laundry room was the cheapest and best we had. Was in the excerise room while waiting on laundry and smelled cookies - they had fresh baked cookies at night! Can't say enough about how great this hotel was and I havn't even mentioned the room which was a king room and was fantastic. Slept like a bady!!!!!!! If you are ever heading to the east side of Yellowstone, it is a must stay.

We stayed here 1 night, not much to do in Cody, but a good stop if you are travelling west to Yellowstone or east towards South Dakota. Our room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a basic buffet but good enough to start the day. The staff was very kind and helpful.
We visited the Buffalo Bill centre and had a lovely meal, just after enjoying the street gun fire show in the centre of Cody. The old wild west reconstructed town opposite the Cody is well worth visiting, much fun and the ladies at the shop were very friendly.

We have made several trips to the "Yellowstone" area, Bozeman, Cody, West Yellowstone, Cooke City. The Cody was the nicest place we have stayed out of all the locations. Quality furniture, linens, atmosphere, breakfast -> well beyond average free continental breakfast<-
Stayed 3 nights and would highly recommend to anyone who wants clean, quality room.

Please note: pets are allowed, but the area is restricted to a few rooms surrounding a courtyard. We noticed no noise or odors at all.

We were looking for a comfortable and quiet room after a noisy night in a Best Western in Thermopolis. Found this hotel, with a great lobby, lots of historic artefacts and pictures, roaring fire, and lovely rooms with comfy beds. Staff very friendly, price reasonable. Only downside there was no onsite restaurant (although breakfast buffet was available).
