My fiance and I stayed here as part of a 30 day road trip. We had been looking forward to staying in this cozy little lodge, and were not disappointed. Clean, comfortable, and spacious, we had the place to ourselves. The grounds are in a beautiful location, with trails for walking and pets, a scenic creek, and views of the painted hills all around. Laundry facilities were also a nice bonus.

We were actually planning on staying at another hotel, but it was closed. So due to reviews here, we went to Longhorn Ranch. The man behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating.
We only were there one night, but found it to be very pretty and nice. The room was small, but we chose the cheapest since we were just sleeping there. It was clean a pleasant. Beautiful scenery and if we were camping, I would love to stay longer. It really looked like the nicest place in town!

We spent 5 nights here! Very easy to find. The staff was friendly and the rooms were really Nice! We stayed in one of the cabins. Very cute and nice! The bathroom floor was nice and heated too! They treated it like a hotel, they came and made the bed, took out trash and replaced towels. Also everytime we had a chocolate on the bed! The only complaint that my husband and I had was the beds were to hard. But over all we were very satisfied!

So impressed with facilities from cleanliness and amenities to the friendliness of the staff. Our only disappointment is that we are only here for one night. The Longhorn feels likes it's miles and miles from town with its majestic views and peacefulness. The price is unbelievably reasonable. We love that it's open year-round and we will certainly return for an extended stay.

We spent the night here on our way to Yellowstone and ended up wishing we could spend a few more days. The rooms are large, clean and updated with a western feel (including the bull's head on the wall). The proximity to the river and the beauty of the area will probably bring us back.

An ideal location in sight of the painted hills. We had a great cabin and the staff were very helpful. Any minor problems were dealt with efficiently and with good humour. Dubois is a short drive away and it is a charming Western town. The Longhorn Ranch recommended the Chimney Rock Arena as we wanted to ride some horses and we had a brilliant time there.
