My husband and I (we are 67 and 86 yrs) were just rambling through western Wyoming for a couple of weeks. (We live in Littleton, Colorado) We are so glad we booked the Longhorn for 3 nights because the little town of Dubois ("DEW-boyz"), only a couple of miles west, is delightful - nice people, decent prices, some great food and the drives off the highway in the Wind River Valley are spectacular. I would concur with ALL the remarks below about the Longhorn being impressively clean and quiet, with management that is sincerely interested in you being comfortable at their place. Apparently, June 24-27 is still shoulder season in Wyoming! I would go back to Dubois and the Longhorn in a heartbeat. Their GORGEOUS RV sites in the back of the property made me wish we hadn't just sold our motorhome. Be sure to visit the Bighorn Sheep museum in town and take the easy "Scenic Drive" loop (the entrance sign is a little obscure: it sits on the north side of the highway, just barely on the west end of town). Enjoy this one!
