“Food after a long day.”
Reviewed 22 July 2014

Checked into my motel room, and got out to find something to eat. Found the Cowboy Cafe, and it looked just like it belonged to me. I grew up in Wyoming and have always felt at home in Dubois Wyoming. Cafe was full, and so was the seating outside, but saw a guy setting by himself, so ask if I could join him. Wait staff was very busy, but got to me in a timely manner, and the food was great. Great close to a long day.

“Great burgers and worth the wait”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

We arrived in town just before sunset on a Saturday, and were worried about a restaurant, and our hostess at the Twin Pines Lodge & Cabins suggested that if we were hungry for a burger, the Cowboy Cafe did the best in town. She was right! Juicy, tasty burgers cooked just the way we wanted and fries that would please even a picky teenager. The Cafe is located in an older building, so the bathroom was tiny and difficult to get in and out of, but the service was efficient and friendly. The sidewalk dining was just right on a cool Saturday evening in July and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

“Well Worth the Stop”

We were passing through. Fast service, great food and nice staff. The spicy elk and buffalo sausages are on our list for the next time we're through. Highly recommend.

“Great pie and food, only negative is small place w/low ceiling so rather loud at dinner.”
Reviewed 18 July 2014 via mobile

Fantastic food & prompt service, variety of options, home made delicious pie. Hate to have a negative but noise level was so high we took r pie 2 go, several of us had headaches, low ceilings & outdoor seating was closed. Great idea 2 put water pitchers, glasses & silverware on the table. Attentive waitstaff in small restaurant.
