The hotel is built around an atrium, much like an Embassy Suites. The lobby has a cowboy lodge décor, and don't forget your swimsuit for those hot tubs - you can feel like you're in an outdoor hot spring surrounded by wildlife! The included breakfast is decent, and there are several chain restaurants nearby for dinner.

Our room itself was clean and nicely appointed, but generally basic. It did have a small fridge and microwave. We had a first-floor room with a view of the parking lot, but rooms across the hall would have a view of the atrium with no natural light. I would have found that claustrophobic.

Awesome aesthetics. Spacious rooms. The private seating outside each room is very welcoming and lets you enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Helpful staff.
The girls that run the breakfast went above and beyond. Front desk staff very pleasant.
Out of the norm over night place to stay.

Don't let the name put you off. I stayed here for a business trip of 4 days. The room was nice, clean and in good shape. The main floor has 5 hot tubs and a koi pond located with doors to rooms opening up to a court yard area with tables and chairs for visitors to sit and visit at. All of the tubs being in side does give the whole hotel a faint smell of chlorine when you step outside your room, The complementary breakfast the normal free hotel fair, With in walking distance from the hotel is a Texas Road House, Apple bee's and a Outback. Within easy driving distance is many other restaurants, the mall and two major box stores if you need to pick up something you may have forgotten,

I chose this hotel because I knew the atrium ambiance with waterfall and hot tubs was unique and soothing compared to a typical hotel and I was not disappointed. The breakfast was superb, much better than other hotels where I've stayed recently. My only complaints were there was no bath mat, the mattress was a bit hard for my taste, and the large swimming pool had a slightly odd smell. But my time in the hot tub was very relaxing and private-feeling. Overall, the hotel was also very quiet, which I really appreciated since I wanted peace after a long day of seminars.

Great place for adults looking to get away for a night or two or for families with children who want to swim and enjoy a couple nights out with the kids. The pool is big and fun for the kids. The numerous hot tubs are great for the adults. There is a lot of seating outside your room in the open areas so you wont feel trapped. Breakfast is wonderful with a hardworking staff that is both pleasant and patient. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and willing to please the customer. The rooms and doors are well insulated for a good nights sleep. Oh and theres a laundry room on every floor!

Room Tip: adults only...stay on the 3rd floor opposite side of breakfast area
