“Good place to overnight on way to Old Faithful Inn”

My room was "dated" but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a private shower. The shared toilet was clean and worked out ok for me. Don't be "put off" by the lack of traditional lobby desk and the long walk up stairs. Really ok place. BTW there is a little microwave in the lounge area if you want to heat something from your cooler. I am glad I stayed here.

Our room 31? was huge, 2 bedrooms, fridge, microwave, sink etc. Characterful bordering on the eccentric. Its history speaks volumes - we got to eat in the former "Speakeasy" - and I had a great steak, my partners Stroganoff was not so well received. Breakfast was "continental" but included most things you could wish for. Miles certainly knows how to look after his clients - I'd vote him in for mayor.

Room Tip: We were told that 4 rooms don't have ensuite. The 2 rooms we saw were huge.

My daughter and I stayed here in July as part of our road trip. Our room was a two bedroom unit which was perfect. The old furnishings makes the experience fun. Also the old hardwood floors have a cool squeak and pop to them. My first thought is this hotel would be noisy but it was very quiet. The bed was great. We woke up late so our breakfast was cereal coffee and juice. If you have heavy luggage as we did beware there is no elevator and a lot of steps lucky for us we are in great shape. A microwave, sink and mini fridge were nice to have. Owner Miles says they have a few "friendly" ghost but we didn't experience Casper not one time.

What a great hotel in the old west! The hotel lobby is an old ice cream parlor built in 1914 that had a secret speakeasy in the basement during prohibition. The other section of the hotel, where most of the rooms are, was built in 1916 and used to be a brothel.

There are two BIG rooms at the top in the back. Each with two bedrooms, a small sitting room, and a small kitchen. The bathrooms are nice and relatively modern. Great for a family of four. Dogs also welcome.

The owners - Miles and Lori - are great. They claim to have 6 resident ghosts but we did not experience any odd incidents. Not even a creaking door at night. Oh well... maybe next time!

Absolutely charming and authentic through and through.

Room Tip: If you can, get the two-bedroom suite with a little balcony on the top floor at the back.

My husband and I stood one night on our way back from Jackson Hole to PA. I liked the historic ambiance. My husband however was less than happy with a couple of issues. The street parking was a problem. There was no parking available onstreet when we arrived. There was only a 30 minute parking space that we had no choice but to take and afterwards had to leave our room to find parking. He likes his private bathroom time and was not happy with the hallway toilet that has to be shared with other guests. A big plus was the restaurant in the hotel. We were tired and did not want to look for a place to have dinner. The food in the speakeasy was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast is a plus.

I stayed at the historic hotel for a night and it was so charming! After hours of driving we finally arrived and it was a happy meeting! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Everyone was nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I loved staying here! You have to check out the speakeasy and have some huckleberry ice cream-it's amazing!

Stayed one night in Greybull and it was a GREAT choice! The Historic Greybull Hotel was a step back in time. The owners were amazing and the room was fantastic! Comfortable beds. There is so much history in the building. Would definitely return to both Greybull and the hotel to spend some more time in the area. Would have loved to have dinner there - the menu looked incredible. Breakfast next morning was great. Home-cooked, not premade. Absolutely a lovely place to stay!

Room Tip: All the rooms I looked in seemed great. We choose a suite with full private bath.
