well we just returned from our trip. we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. the rooms were huge with a living area, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. amazing and comfortable. the only possible problem was the washer did not work. we wish we had stayed there our whole trip. angela wickizer shawnee ok

We booked a queen bed suite for one night. The main problem with the room that we occupied was that the main (and only) bed was a fold-away bed with a bouncy mattress and no bed-side tables. Neither of us could sleep on the mattress. Because I had a long drive in front of me on the following day, my wife then volunteered to sleep on the floor. Rather ungallantly, I accepted her offer. Then, of course we both got cold because of the lack of bedding, and we were 'sleep-deprived' for the following day. Although I recognise that Jackson Hole is an established 'tourist haunt', I expect better at the price.

We spent a couple of nights here in June. Our room was a good deal, clean, the location is within walking distance to town. Walls a bit thin, we could hear everything going on in the room next door and they were a little loud after midnight, no one to complain to since the lobby is closed at 10PM. The shower, toilet area is one of the
smallest I have seen, good thing we are not big people. We also had alot of road noise.

Let me say this up front: I have not stayed at this property.

I found the property through Trip Advisor, (as I almost do for my trips). I called directly to make my booking for a group. I was told I had to pay for the first night up front, and that there was a 14 day cancellation policy. That's it. I booked the rooms for this summer. (Incidentally, I just made this reservation about 5 days ago).

When I tried to cancel, come to find out (after the fact) they also have a "$15 per room cancellation policy" that they will NOT dismiss. They would be willing to settle for "half," but in my thinking, if I wasn't told about the policy, I shouldn't have to pay. So I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I just wonder: If this is the way they treat a customer 4 months out, I wonder how they will treat you when you arrive?

I would definitely look for a different hotel in this area and be sure to ask the specific "cancellation" policy.

What a fantastic location this hotel is in. The most beautiful views of the mountains. The nature you you view form there is amazing. We stayed in a basic room which was clean and very comfortable. Murials resturant was fabulous, great food and whatever table you sat at you got a great view. The reception staff were helpful and happy to answer any questions.
