This is my fifth trip with this WildLife Expedition group.. that alone should speak volumes. Each trip that I have taken with them is unique. I always learn something and see/experience something new ! I thoroughly enjoy the company of not only our tour group from the Houston Zoo but also the company of the extremely knowledgeable guides that are assigned to us. Paul Brown and Sean Beckett were exceptional guides; from answering all our questions to setting up a superb picnic among a family of pronghorns, these guides cannot be out performed. Having Teton Science Schools guides adds so much to ones enjoyment of the Tetons and Yellowstone National Park !

If you are planning a trip to this area; make sure you call them and schedule a tour. This particular trip is a three day tour and covers the Lamar Valley, wolf and grizzly bear (wildlife) viewing, and watching Old Faithful erupt and thermals gurgling and bubbling on the volcanic floor of Yellowstone. Oh, I almost forgot about Yellowstone Grand Canyon in all its grandeur.

The mountains call me back every six months or so... so expect to see me again in the Spring of 2013.

Thanks once again for a spectacular experience. Love, love, love this area of the USA !

Thank Margaret E

The Houston Zoo travel program just had its 7th tour with Wildlife Expeditions last week and it is truly the only way we would visit the Tetons and Yellowstone. The trip was amazing thanks to the outstanding guides, Paul Brown and Sean Beckett! They found us over 25 different species of animals and provided detailed descriptions of the history and landscapes in the area. We watched wolves at a carcass and had a grizzly right beside our vehicle!
The food was spectacular and we had several picnic lunches and breakfasts watching herds of bison and pronghorn. Paul and Sean arranged an extordinary adventure and were extremely kind and attentive to us. Wildlife Expeditions always exceeds our expections!

It is always wonderful to host the Houston Zoo in greater Yellowstone. We appreciate sharing this wonderful landscape with the Houston Zoo members. Wildlife Expeditions enjoys sharing the stories and lessons of conservation with our visitors. I am proud of the naturalist skills that Paul and Sean bring to our programs. They are two of the finest in the region. Thank you for being a wonderful partner. - Jared Baecker

My wife and daughter enjoyed their mid September tour of Yellowstone so much that they booked another 12 hour tour upon my arrival in Jackson. Our guide Sean--who has a graduate degree in biology--made the trip exceptionally pleasant and interesting. Friendly, exceptionally attentive to all our needs, and extremely knowledgeable, Sean provided us with a wealth of expert tips such as the best angle from which to view Old-faithful (away from the crowds), where to find the perfect picnic spot, etc. Bear (Black and Grizzly), Elk, Mouse, Bison, Beaver, Osprey and Heron--not since our trip to Denali have I seen so much wildlife in one day. If, while in the Tetons, you do only one excursion then I highly recommend you choose this one.
Notes: Wildlife Expeditions of Teton Science Schools supplies excellent binoculars and spotting scopes but if you enjoy nature photography, bring your best telephoto lens and a tripod as
rangers enforce 25 yard (100 yards for bears and wolves) safety zones.

How often do you get an advanced degree research biologist as a guide on a wildlife tour? The experience far exceeded expectations. She made the Tetons come alive with the flora, fauna, history and science/geology of the area. She made every effort to be sure we had all our questions answered. Vehicle very comfortable. Eight hours never went so fast. If one selects this adventure you will not be disappointed.

Great review. Jen is not only a wonderful naturalist, she is an educator and research biologist. Actually, Jen recently was recognized by our community for her commitment to conservation. We love when the guides make the experience "come alive". After all the Tetons are alive sometimes it just takes the insight of professional naturalist to make it obvious. Thank You - Jared Baecker

My wife and I went out on Sept 18th in the evening with Natalie. We had a super time. We saw hundreds of bison, dozens of Pronghorn, dozens of elk (some bugling) and 5 moose. We had a blast and would wholeheartedly recommend this tour. A few words about Natalie; she was probably the best guide we have ever had. Her passion and enthusiasm for her subject plus her fun personality and dedication to her guests really made things perfect. This tour may go down as the highlight of our vacation!

Outstanding review. We don't have control of the wildlife and weather. We do control our passion and desire to educate our guests. Natalie is incredibly passionate. She has passion for sharing her experiences as a research biologist so that others may learn about the wonders of nature. Of course we are happy that you saw wonderful wildlife, we are just thrilled that Natalie made your expedition the highlight of your vacation. Thank you for sharing your experience with others. - Jared Baecker
