We went on a one day wildlife expedition with Dawson as our guide. It was fantastic! We are a family of 5 and each one of us voted it the highlight of our holiday.
Dawson was great - enthusiastic, interesting and very knowledgeable, as well as being patient with our many questions. We saw everything we could have wanted and more and the hours flew by.
The equipment (binoculars and spotting scopes) was excellent and the kids especially enjoyed using the foof hatches to get a better view of the wildlife. We were offered plently of drinks and snacks and the picnic style lunch provided was also delicious.
I cannot recommend this highly enough. It was an unforgettable experience. One of my sons now wants to be wildlife guide!

We had an amazing 3 days of camping and exploring! Kevin Taylor, Greg Ley and Dr. Doug Wachob were all fantastic, filled with passion for wildlife, geology, and nature, and wonderful at sharing their knowledge in a fun and exciting way for both children and adults. The visit to our campsite by 1820 mountain man/beaver trapper Jimmy Saskatoon will NEVER be forgotten. The boys cannot stop talking about learning to build fire using flint and steel and bow drill methods!!

Thank you for allowing Teton Science Schools to create a one of a kind experience for your family. Kevin, Greg and Doug are pillars of excellence for Teton Science Schools. We knew that your boys would be awed by Jimmy Saskatoon and fire making. What a true Old West experience. We look forward to sharing this amazing ecosystem with you again in the future. Maybe next time it can be mastering primitive winter survival skills. Thank You - Jared B.

We did two private trips with TSS-Wildlife Expeditions, as they were recommended by a friend who did the same and also we have a son with special needs and we thought it would give us the flexibility we needed. First we did a four hour sunrise in Grand Teton. Three days later, we did a full day Yellowstone Lower Loop. Not only did Becca carefully select our guide, the fabulous Sarah Ernst, based upon our needs, but they arranged to have Sarah come in on her day off to do our second tour (figuring that way we'd have the right guide for our needs and she'd know what we had seen already). Sarah was unbelievably knowledgable, patient and kind. She has experience with kids with special needs, which was evident in how she handled our son, with his no less than a million questions over our 16 hours together. In addition to a steady supply of snacks, beverages, and a lovely picnic lunch, Sarah even bought a birthday cake for a member of our party who was celebrating on our 2nd tour. She knew where to go to get away from the crowds, where to see all the wildlife that excited the kids (and us), and taught us so much about the park and its animal inhabitants. And to have someone else do the driving so we could just relax and enjoy the scenery was the best; we were all less fatigued from our long day. I can't say enough about Wildlife Expeditions and Sarah E. Worth every penny.

Thank you for your honest and candid feedback about our program. We are very proud to have both Sarah E. and Becca on our staff. Becca is a master at tailoring programs for visitors, she understands the logistics of the programs, the skill sets of the biologist and the nuisances of the national parks. Sarah is outstanding in executing programs in the field. She is a whiz. Sarah loves guiding families and their exploration of the natural world. We are proud of them and to have been part of your vacation. Thank You - Jared B.

Jackson/Grand Teton and Yellowstone are amazing places to visit but if you want to get off the beaten path with a team that knows the area inside and out, book a tour with Wildlife Expeditions. We toured both Grand Teton and Yellowstone with one of their guides, Sarah Cayea, and couldn't have asked for a better time. Our "Want To See" list was a page long and in a few short days, we had crossed almost everything off it. Eagles riding thermals, bears swimming down streams, Moose with babies, packs of wolves, you name it!

Can't wait to go back and do it all again!

It is our privilege to be able to make single days and complete vacations the "best ever"! Sarah C. has really added a spark to our programs. She is constantly growing as a naturalist. We strive to have staff that continually improve their craft so that our participants continually get a better experience. Eagles, bears and so much more. When planning our intergenerational family trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks I came upon a link to the Teton Science School and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We scheduled a 4 hour early morning safari for the family and it was beyond expectations! We had 2 young explorers with us (ages 7 and 9) and our guide, Sarah, was amazing. She came equipped with everything we could possibly need from binoculars to hot chocolate and muffins! She set up spotting scopes for us and helped the children with everything. She showed us every animal we could possibly see that morning and answered every question that anyone raised. We all loved the trip! However, most important, the children continued to relate everything we saw afterwards to what Sarah had told them. They wanted books and more information, which is a sign of an excellent teacher! It was a memorable morning and worth every penny!

This review is what Teton Science Schools and Wildlife Expeditions are all about. Connections! We are so fortunate to be able to engage so many diverse audiences. But, when a connection with a child in the natural world occurs it is more inspirational than most. We are thrilled that Sarah was able to inspire and educate your whole family. Please keep that fire and energy burning. Keep getting your family into nature, the future depends upon it. I am thrilled. Thank You - Jared Baecker
