We noticed this restaurant in the Dinning Guide for Jackson. After looking on Trip Advisor we thought we would give it a try. We arrived early and had a drink upstairs in the bar which was really interesting. This restaurant is on the pricey side but the entrees were awesome. They do NOT charge for the sides’ separately. We had rib eye and elk loin which both were awesome, cooked to perfection. We were able to change our potatoes and veggie which was nice. Our total expense was around $100 for two of us (No wine or dessert). The staff was awesome and would high recommend this restaurant to my fellow Trip Advisors travelers!

If you want a quality meal, go downstairs to the full service restaurant. Our large group walked in on a Friday night without reservations and only waited about 15 minutes for a table.

Our waitress was fun, friendly and happy to arrange for us to get items that were not in the menu. (There had been a special 2nights before and she talked the chef into making it for us) The food was great and what wasn't prepared perfectly was quickly fixed without fuss or problems. The whole dining experience was delicious and relaxed. From the elk tenderloin (so tender!) to the steak-loaf (amazing!) and the peach crisp, the meal was delicious.

If I ever get back to Jackson, I will definitely be going back to this spot for a meal.

This was a truly special dining experience in Jackson Hole. This place is downstairs at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. The décor and ambience are completely different. We sat at a hightop bar table as the dining room was quite full, and we liked that park of the room better. It was more cozy, and no noise from large groups with small kids. Our service was prompt, polite and efficient. We shared the blackened elk lettuce wraps and wish we are several more orders that that alone. Absolutely delicious. I had the beef ribeye and my husband the elk tenderloin. Both of our dishes prepared perfectly. The extra touches, like the smoked onions / mushrooms, and the huckleberry glaze on the elk tenderloin make a place like this, so much more special. As to the prices, they are comparable to our fine dining steakhouses here in FLA so I have no complaints. You really don't spend much less at the chain places, and everything is the same over and over. Besides, menus are posted in tourist areas outside for your review BEFORE you enter the restaurant. When people complain about prices, they only have themselves to blamed. There are over a hundred restaurants in Jackson Hole area, so chose elsewhere if your budget is different than mine.

We ate here for my husband's birthday while in town (It is located under the Million Dollar Cowboy bar.) The service was good and the steaks were delicious... just be prepared for the price.

This is an amazing place. Tons of atmosphere. If you sit at the bar? You set on saddles. It's a very nice touch. They do get a little uncomfortable after a while. The service was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
