We recently stopped here while on vacation to the Grand Tetons. It is a new place and had only been open a few weeks. The food was excellent, we were a party of 8 and everyone liked their food. I did not try it but the Philly cheesesteak is also good per one of my group members. The food ingredients are local and freshly made.
The location is a bit out of the way but worth finding. I believe it was a former fast food restuarant , a little on the small side but looks nice. The prices are about average for the 'gourmet burger' category and really not bad for the Jackson area.
The owner came out and spent time talking to us and telling us about his business. Over the course of the conversation, we discovered that he and another friend in our group went to high school together in PA. One of those cool 'small world' moments.
