We stayed here for two nights, and had a very good experience! We had 6 people in our group, so the loft upstairs worked perfectly for 3 couples. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The loft upstairs had it's own TV as well. We were told it was right off the square, and it was close to the square (we walked and it was about 10 minutes) it's not "right off" like they advertised. However, it was close enough we didn't have to drive. I would tell my friends and family to stay here!

Sad hotel in desperate need of renovation. Pricey for what it is. They put us in a large room with two floors and thought we were lucky, but the rooms were facing the main road and the attic room so hot you had to keep the window open - impossible to sleep with the noise. The morning staff manager was incredibly rude. Refused to open reception before 7 am despite me ringing the buzzer twice at 6.45 and 6.50 am, left me standing in the cold and when she finally did opened the door she neither looked at me or greeted me as if I had posed the biggest inconvenience! There must be nicer hotels in Jackson for 180 a night. It's also at the edge of town by a large intersection and no decent place to get breakfast in sight - had to roam around the centre of town for over 20 mins before I found a greasy cafe. Stay in the parks. Jackson is an over priced low end tourist trap.

Stayed one night @ $190 for two twin beds. Room was very clean. Free coffee and fruits for breakfast. Quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and bedding clean. Does not have refrig or microwave oven in room. Location is in middle of Jackson.

We were checked in by Miles - quick & efficient. Originally we were allocated the "access" cabin which did not have a door between the living and bedroom area so we asked if they had one with a door (snoring problem) - which they had. They happily moved us to one with a door separating the areas. There was the usual supply of toiletries including make up remover towels. The bedroom had 2 comfortable queen/double beds and a reasonably comfortable double sofa bed in the living area - only good for 1 person though. 2 flat screen TVs and a small QUIET fridge. Fruit was available in reception area between 6-11 also coffee. Cocoa was available at reception in the evening. It was an easy walk to Village Square & 10 mile drive to Teton Village. The cabins are nice and generally clean - except for the carpet in our 2nd cabin (which we didn't notice until later)
The was animal urine stains which, we reported to an older man reception. We were told that the housekeeping staff should have reported it to reception to enable them to deal with the problem.
However, we concluded that the cabins with separating doors are maybe used for people with pets so that they can be shut out of the bedroom. That was the only down side. There was major roadworks going on at the time but only during the day & we didn't find this an inconvenience.

Comfortable & spacious! Plenty of room for a family of 4.....had the two beds on lower level and 1 in the loft......which the kids immediately loved & claimed! Nice and clean, definite bonus having kitchenette, but wish there was a continental breakfast......even if it was just muffins. The homemade cookies everyday was a nice treat. Conveniently located near stores and downtown area.
