We stayed there the evening of September 12th. The weather was nice, so we didn't have to test out the heating. We did get a chance to hop into the hot tub and it was very nice! The beds were very comfortable, with several options for pillow firmness available. The price is on the higher end, but the 3-queen loft we stayed in justified that price. The location is perfect for a stroll to the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again!

Our party of 3 adults stayed in a 3-queen loft room for 2 nights at the end of August, 2013. We had trouble getting to the hotel at first due to a lot of construction, but once the staff showed us how to get around the construction we were ok after that. Our room was upstairs and there is no elevator, but we knew that going in and managed to drag our luggage upstairs just fine. There was plenty of parking near our room, and the grounds looked nice and clean.

The room was a decent size, very clean, with comfy beds and good towels. It was nice to have the upstairs loft area with the 2nd TV and a little more privacy. We enjoyed having the kitchenette available, both for having breakfast in the room before heading out to GTNP for the day, and for giving us all plenty of outlets to recharge all of our electronics at the end of the day!

We didn't notice noise from adjoining rooms, but our floor really creaked when we walked around so we tried to walk softly in case there were people below us. We had the air conditioner/fan on all night so that helped drown out some of the sounds from outside. It's was a busy area out there.

Our room had a little balcony that overlooked the crows digging into Bubba's BBQ's trash bins, so we just kept those curtains closed and pretended it wasn't there. We did have dinner at Bubba's once and thought it was pretty good, and so close. This hotel was in a good location - far enough from the madness of the town square but close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Also not far from the post office and grocery store.

All in all, we had a nice stay and slept well. Would definitely consider staying here again if we get back to Jackson someday.

Rooms are very big and beds are very comfortable. The room I stayed in was updated with granite counter tops, tile floors, and nice big clean showers. The cleaning staff do an excellent job with cleaning and changing out towels. The property has a hot tub that comfortably fit 4 ppl. My only grip is that pathetic "gym" they have. It's humid, hot, and equipment is not very good at all. I wish they would have offered a discounted rate at the local gym for staying there to compensate. This hotel does not offer breakfast either, they say fresh fruit, but several mornings before work there was nothing available, so i just stopped trying. They do have great tasting coffee however, can't complain there.

Room Tip: updated room I stayed in was room 230. Same building as the office.

We stayed one night here and were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed. Only negative was the shower walls needed updating there was some black mold in one of the corners, but I'm being a little picky. The staff was extremely helpful and recommended a raft trip that was excellent. I would definitely return and next time check out the individual cabins as they looked really cozy.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights on a recent trip. Used it as a base to explore Grand Teton Park. Jackson itself is not a big place. Basically a tourist town. Our hotel looked to be one of the nicer places to stay. Easy walking distance to the center of town. Found one of the better places to eat breakfast was next door at Bubba's (Also reasonably priced). Room was large and clean with a refrigerator - nothing fancy. They have several cabins and two buildings with rooms. We stayed in the building away from the lobby and across the parking lot. We stayed on the 2nd floor with no elevator in the building (something to note). We had two double beds in the room and they were comfortable. No surprises. Basically what was expected.

Our first time to Jackson in a long time. Thought the hotels would be indifferent to guests with such a high tourist trade. Our hosts at Elk Country were excellent. They welcomed us at night with tips and information about the town, offered fresh beverages and gave good directions to places we wanted to visit. The morning host was equally great. Took time for a short visit and offered plenty of fresh fruit for our getaway. The Inn was good distance for walking to the square. We'll book again.

Room Tip: Ask for one not near the laundry.

We stayed here for two nights, and had a very good experience! We had 6 people in our group, so the loft upstairs worked perfectly for 3 couples. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The loft upstairs had it's own TV as well. We were told it was right off the square, and it was close to the square (we walked and it was about 10 minutes) it's not "right off" like they advertised. However, it was close enough we didn't have to drive. I would tell my friends and family to stay here!
