We went to the Museums by family likes to check out small town museums and this one was interesting. They had some interesting facts about the town and settlers. I thought it was cool you got admission into two museums for the price of one we paid 10$ for 2 adults 1 kid and an infant. The other museum is about three blocks away so just a short walk.

Two museums for the price of one and some great local history and color. We love the small hometown flavor of the museums and found the exhibits interesting. Great place to stop in when its raining.

Worth a stop on the trail to discover the lives of the early settlers in Jackson and the surrounding area.

The town is full of sculpture, museum included. Great pictures of the town's history. Good place to visit for a couple of hours. Docents very happy to answer questions.

This museum isn't very big, but the displays are very informative. I especially liked the cabin and the camping mock-ups which really showed you what life was like during the early days of white settlement in Jackson Hole. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and explained anything that wasn't clear. Do not miss going through the hallway that leads to the small bookstore/giftshop. There are several enlarged photos hung there that are interesting, such as wagons going over Teton Pass, and different views of the city of Jackson over many years. Allow about an hour to an hour and a half. Admission is very reasonable, and bookstore prices are, too.
