Description: Eleanor's has all the perks of fine dining, minus the dress code. By serving rich, saucy dishes in a warm and friendly setting, this joint lives up to its reputation. And on top of one of the most creative menus in town, Eleanor's is a primo brunch spot on Sunday afternoons. Plus, its bar alone is an attraction, thanks to reasonably priced drinks and a loyal crowd, a wine list that is second to none and a dedication to service that stems directly from its owners. This little place isn't such a best-kept secret anymore, as more locals and visitors alike are discovering the down-home goodness within. But longtime regulars as well as newcomers still fill the tables nightly. This small restaurant has seen a few incarnations over the years, but it has succeeded in making it one of the most charming and consistently award winning and rewarding dining experiences in Town. It's certainly a fact: Eleanor's is synonymous with Jackson Hole! And rightfully so, seeing that the place is symbolic of many things that make the Teton Valley great, like humble, blue-collar values, a family tradition, and the ability to make something special out of nothing at all. After all, before Teressa Bellissimo invented Buffalo wings, what sounded appetizing about the puny limbs of a flightless bird? Open 11:00 to Close Daily.

“Good food!”
Reviewed 31 March 2014

Decided to eat here at Eleanor's Bar and Grill since it was close to our hotel and we could walk there. The food was good and the atmosphere was fun. The locals always make places like this fun to visit. Prices were good and service was quick. Thanks!

“My first stop on my latest JH trip”
Reviewed 17 March 2014

You must walk through the liquor store to get to the bar/restaurant, stopped for lunch after checking into my condo. Had a gyro along with the best Martini ever (caramel)...will return!

“A locals hang out”
Reviewed 1 March 2014

Peanuts to eat and toss on the floor...fun! They also have music but not on the night that we were there.
Menu is simple but the food is good and the prices are fair. There is a happy hour two for one on beer and well drinks (not wine).
May be hard to find as you need to go through a liquor store. There are two parrots there that are very entertaining....enjoy!

“Fun place and great food”

Informal, fun and relaxed. Peanuts on the table, just throw the shells on the ground. Potato chip nachos were particularly good

“A bit of a surprise”
Reviewed 23 February 2014

We had a great meal in a wonderful local bar and grill behind the liquor store. I had the Elk steak and my wife had a beautiful salad and of course they had several Grand Teaton Brewing on tap & the peanuts were a nice little extra. Well worth the visit
