Nice place to go with a family or friends. Like the menu and the prices are reasonable. Serving sizes are generous.

This is the worst Chili's I've ever been to. Most of the servers disappear (I often see them when I leave, smoking behind the dumpster enclosure), meals take forever, and arrive on HOT plates with lukewarm food. One would think soup and salad would be a simple enough meal that they couldn't mess it up, but don't kid yourself these folks forget to bring the salad. It's a sad, tragic dining experience at this Chili's. To be honest, in the past 5 years, we've had 2 very good servers, but they didn't last long. I usually refuse to go there except once in a while to see if management has wised up. This review speaks to the fact that as of April 2014, they have not (wised up, that is). Sorry.

After the 850-mile drive from Missouri and checking in at the Holiday Inn across the parking lot, we for hungry. Seating for two was prompt and we ordered Chips and Salsa to start. We were informed of the “extended” happy hour and 2 for 1 draft beer certainly was a hard to turn down option. Try the Snake River Lager, which is a Vienna-Style.

On the menu, we spotted a $20 Dinner for Two special and chose Tilapia and Half-rack of Ribs (Memphis dry-rubbed), and counted the Chips and Salsa as the appetizer. The food was fine for such a chain restaurant and plentiful enough. With our bellies happy, we departed for some needed rest.

If you've seen one Chili's, you've seen them all. The food isn't the greatest, but also not the worst. Located on Dell Range in front of the mall, this restaurant is easy to get to. Small bar area with 3 televisions, but always great service here.
