So the reviews on this restaurant have been up and down since they moved. While the old location was great from an ambiance stand-point, we ate there and had great service and food. We got in right away even though they were very busy (8 of us). Our waitress was very nice and drinks/food came out right away. My friend's food was a little delayed but they apologized. The fried pickles were great, the pizza awesome and the sweet potato fries were delish!

Visited the new location on December 26th. Building is not hard to find if you know to look for a large white grain silo built into the corner but has little exterior signage, very bland exterior.
The inside is nicely and totally refurbished and has a steep staircase leading to the second floor where they have pay-darts and comfy sofas etc. The Specials of the day menu are hidden above the entrance to the bathrooms in a passageway and have lights there but not shining on the board so does not perform its function.
The waitress we got had little idea about the beers price or availability, and did not know when Happy Hour was scheduled.
As with their old venue unfortunately employee training does not seem to be a priority at The Library.
There was one home-brewed beer available but it was not included in Happy Hour, nor with the meal Special of the Day. There seems to have been some problem with brewing here and they were not forthcoming about any definite dates when they would be back in proper production.
As far as the daily food specials are concerned the excellent burgers they had at the old location on one day a week are not listed, replaced by $10 weenies which we did not try so cannot comment on.
They still have Buzztime Trivia but on only one screen in the main dining area so your party has to sit on one side of the table only if they all wish to participate, and most tables get no decent view at all.
So we ordered some draft beers during Happy Hour at $2 a pop, they were excellent and good value but not the Library's own brew, declined the food special which was a pound of wings and a pint from a very restricted list of what we thought undesirable beers, and left somewhat dissatisfied.
If you don't find the new Library to your taste there is another micro-brewery just a hundred yards away, other decent bars all around and I am told another specialty beer bar opening close by within a few months.

Few new food items, old favorites, beautiful new location! No in house brews until November? but still a great place. The upstairs is a great place to sit back and relax.

We were so happy when The Library opened in it's new location this fall. The menu has some new items, such as six different kinds of bratwurst, including an elk one that is sooooo good. They've also made some changes to their old standbys such as the Reuben. They now brine their corned beef in Fat Tire ale, and before putting it on your sandwich, throw it on the flat top and give it a slight sear. This has always been my favorite sandwich, and it is even better now.

Another change is their burgers. They must be sourcing them from somewhere new, because they seem leaner and tastier. As well, the pizza is better as well. The crust holds up more than it did before and their new ovens must be able to get to a hotter temp because the edges are cooked instead of being a little doughy.

They aren't brewing yet as they continue to work out some of the kinks the other reviewers have mentioned. Yes, they are still working on the interiors. Yes, the bar can get a little noisy. Yes, they need some more signage. But the core of what makes a brewpub a great brewpub is still there. Good, solid food that is well prepared and a menu that has been very well thought out. They don't pretend to be a high end gourmet restaurant but concentrate on the basics of a sports bar menu. I'm a stickler for good service and you definitely get that here. If something is wrong with your meal, they are quick to offer a replacement or fix it. Every time. If there is a hold up in the kitchen, the staff will let you know and offer a drink or an appetizer. It's good to have them back and it will be good for downtown Laramie

Pizza better than old location - tons of fun both lunch & dinner! Food was super, service the same. Downtown's gain, can't wait for summer.
