We spent three nights at this Comfort Inn recently. It was fine overall - clean, convenient location a mile or so from downtown. However, we had two problems.
First, the WiFi (at least in our room, centrally located on the first floor) was very poor. Both my wife and I had our connections interrupted constantly during our stay. I doubt either one of us was connected for more than 10 minutes without being told we had no connection & having to reconnect. I brought this to the attention of one person at the front desk after a couple days of this and she didn't even pretend to care. I mentioned it to a young man when we checked out and he said he'd bring it to the attention of maintenance. The other problem was the quality of the TV picture. It was really terrible. I watched what was a very important football game (for me!) on Sunday afternoon and it honestly looked like a throwback to the standard definition days.... only not quite as good as THAT. This was true on all channels. No excuse for that these days...
For the above two reasons, I would not stay at this hotel again...More
