We love to hike here. The rock formations are so unique and interesting. Whenever we go out to Wyoming, we fit in a hike here. Especially pretty in summer with wild flowers all around!

Vedawoo is a beautiful park in-between Cheyenne and Laramie. There is an exit off of I-80. There is a nice overnight campground near the interstate, and more campgrounds throughout the park. There are wind blown rock cliffs for climbers, and great rolling hills to explore.

Fun, easy hike on paved path to see pretty rock formations and take pictures. Got to see the changing of the aspens which were quite pretty. Friends in Laramie suggested this for some easy exercise.

Vedauwoo is a collection of really neat rock formations. Supposedly a sacred indian location, you can feel the ancient mystique. Great free climbing as well as developed pic-nic areas. A good stop at "the Summit"

What a hidden Gem. I found out about this place from my niece who lives in Laramie. It is just few min drive on I-80 From Laramie. There is $5 per car day pass. There is also camping and climbing fee I believe. The place was cool and clean. What quiet place to walk. We went later in the afternoon so we did not have as much time to explore as we would have liked. You can camp it is to KOA pull through sites. It all looked clean. We saw other places it the the area that day but it was a totaly diffrent pallet here and well worth the short drive from Laramie and money to see.
