We stayed one night in the lodge (in the upstairs little suite which had a queen bed, a queen sofa bed, and a twin bed, which was perfect for my friends, their kids, and me). The next night we got a cabin, which was even better, as it had two queen beds, a queen sofa bed, and a little kitchen! There is a nice little building with two hottubs in it, each of which comfortably fits 6 adults. This place is famous for its snowmobile runs (we saw hundreds of them stacked up in the parking lot for the summer), and the management were very responsive and very sweet. The only annoyance (not their fault) is that it is bear country, so we couldn't leave anything in the cars that was food or had a scent, so we had to lug all of that up to our room in the lodge the first night and then transfer it all to the cabin the second night. But we booked late and were lucky to get a room at all! The mosquitoes are heavy in the parking lot at dusk, but we expected that in July. Overall, a nice, well-run, well-maintained place. I would come back again given how hard it is to get a room in the lodges in Grand Teton, and the fact that campsites are all 1st-come, 1st-served, so you can't be sure of having a place to stay if you don't book something ahead of time.

Room Tip: The "suites" are on the 3rd floor and require bringing your stuff up one big flight of sta...

We spent 3 nights in a cabin and loved it. The cabins have everything you need. Very comfortable. The staff is great as well. We thought the restaurant was over priced but when it's the only thing nearby I guess you will pay it. It was a lot further from Jackson Hole than we thought, but it was a beautiful drive everyday we went there or to the Grand Teton area. We would love to go back in the winter for snowmobiling.

Room Tip: Can't speak for the lodge, but the cabins are very nice.

I loved it! The cabins are so perfect (they even have two tvs, not that I used them though). Nice porch with a picnic table.
The bathroom was full equiped, the kitchen also. Sofa, table, two beds. I really loved it.
Worst part, breakfast not included, at least for us.
They even have two hot tubs!
Close to Grand Teton but cheaper than sleeping inside of the park.
And nice small animal hanging around the cabins :)

We spent one night here while spending a little time at Grand Teton National Park. The Lodge is quite close to Togwotee Pass, and receives a lot of animal traffic in the summer. While we didn't see any grizzly bears, we heard from both staff and patrons alike that they were in the area. We enjoyed the Marmots who have taken over a log cabin that is used for storage. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was outstanding. The highlight was a two hour horseback ride through the mountains near the lodge. We had a great tour leader, Kendra. While on the tour, we had an awesome, but not too close, encounter with a cow moose and her baby. The Lodge was a bit pricey, but certainly not out of line for other properties in and near Jackson.

We were taken back a bit when first arriving at Togwotee, as it is in a relatively remote location with an unpaved parking lot. However, we were most pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the accommodations here. The staff were genuine and friendly in every phase of the operation, from the registration agents to the bar/restaurant staff. The room was comfortable with adequate amenities. If visiting Yellowstone and entering the park from the Grand Tetons/Jackson Hole area, I enthusiastically recommend Togwotee.

The lodge PO Box is at Moran where the South entrance to Yellowstone is, but the lodge is about 16 miles past Moran. This is deceptive for anyone trying to stay overnight between Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Not really worth the price for a family of 5
