Stayed 5 nights. Very clean, comfortable and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was hot with good variety. I would definently stay again over any other hotel in Rawlins Wyoming. Best value in Rawlins for the money!

Stayed May 2014, travelled with family

Just what we needed after a long day on the road Vegas to Rawlins. Staff very nice. Room very clean and spacious. very quite and bed very comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were very good. Has guest laundry which is nice.

Room Tip: rooms facing town are quieter

The room was just right for one person, small with a queen bed, but everything you need. I also used the business computer room. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was fair. I don't like liquid eggs as they have no taste, perhaps you try fixing real eggs. Also the biscuits were hard as rock, even after dumping the gravy on them I still could not eat them. I had to go buy breakfast out of the hotel.

Room Tip: Right on the highway so ask for a room facing away from the highway

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Everything was fairly new. No pool or workout room but it wasn't a necessity for the purposes of this trip. It was close to the highway in terms of noise but I managed to deal with it.

Made this reservation b/c of the ratings at Trip Advisor. We were in need of a hotel for only a short night. Arrived late in evening, front desk person friendly and professional. First room assigned had strong odor of cigarette smoke! Immediately returned to front desk where Tyler was so apologetic and quickly got us a new room. Second room was fine.
Basics were all present here. Some road noise. In the morning a personally written note of apology was under the door from Tyler-very professional and customer service focused!

This is a place to sleep and move on or go back to work.

Much of the clientele appeared to oil field or construction workers. They laughed and talked in the small lobby, went out to eat, came back and went to bed.

The beds are nicely firm with pillow tops. Good pillows. The room was very clean and we didn't hear any highway or train noise. The staff is friendly and attentive. The price was very modest.

Things like a swimming pool, exercise room and manicured grounds are not part of the package.

WiFi is very slow, There are few electrical plugs. Breakfast had all the basic offerings but was served fresh. There are no restaurants nearby.

This wasn't my first time staying nor will it be my last. I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and was impressed. Everything that was great the first time was still great the second time. Clean room and a good breakfast. I will definately stay at this hotel again.
