Asked for room with two beds - we got it.
Asked for getting a room NOT next to the vending machines and NOT next to the elevators.
Got keys and room number 227 with the comment to be very far away from all as requested.
Room was with one wall next to the elevators - to be precise elevators were the room wall AND vending was next to it.
Went to reception to get it changed as proposed - answer: No, we have two bus tours, is not possible.
If I would like to change floor and room category AT EXTRA charge!
No, of course not!
It was at least not that this was a shame to get not the room requested, but lying at us and wanting to make extra business - this is not being treated as a customer.
At least the truth would have been fair - to late to say sorry.
I will quit my priority club membership and not choose again one of the hotels of this group.
And I will advise my company, customers, family, friends, ... to do the same.
If they do not care because they have enough customers like me - go and leave to be not the customer like me that no one is being treated again this way.More
