In most every way we were pleased with our recent 7 day stay. The rooms were clean and well kitted out. The restaurant was adequate, nothing too special, with occasional "all gones" in the breakfast buffet offerings. The ski valets were great, as well housekeeping and other staff. The ski in ski out proximity was reasonable. The single large detraction was our so-called two bedroom suite (rms 141,142). We reserved the single level two bedroom suite which in actuality was a small one bedroom suite with standard motel interconnecting doors to adjacent standard two queen bed room 142. The suite's master bedroom was a cramped little room stuffed with a king bed that left almost no room for two of us to move around in. Perhaps the adjacent master bath, which was almost as large as our bedroom (and very nice), was supposed to make up for the bedroom's shortcomings. The living/dining/kitchen room had a comfortable, more roomy sofa area and adjacent dining table. And the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The fireplace was kind of a joke -- unless you don't mind getting up every fifteen minutes to re-wind the little ticking timer that keeps the gas flames going. Oh yes, and most of the suite's windows were about 8ft above the outdoor pool terrace area -- which meant most of the time we were in the rooms the drapery had to be drawn as the pool-siders naturally peered in our windows.

Couldn't help but think that we were rewarded for our civility making reservations and checking in with what had to be one of this hotel's smallest two bedroom suites.

Ranked value as poor because we've rented far more expansive and attractive accommodations (yes, a condo -- not a hotel) slope side on Aspen Mountain for what this stay cost. I suppose one pays more for a hotel's dining and service offerings vis a vis a condo. But the math didn't add up for this particular guest.

Room Tip: Avoid two bedroom suite 141-142

The lodge was recommended by our travel agent. It lived up to all of our expectations (I can't imagine the Four Seasons could have been much better). We had one of the split level rooms. The layout was perfect (having 3 full bath rooms made for great comfort) and with one bedroom downstairs and one up we all had plenty of room (there were 4 of us). My spouse really liked the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom and all of the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and having groceries delivered in advance took a lot of hassle out of finding a grocery store. The hot tub on the roof was enjoyed by our party and the fitness center was well equipped. The slopes were a very convenient walk and the hotel stored all of our equipment. The hotel also linked us with a service that delivered our skiing/snowboard equipment to our room. The staff was very attentive and provided great, friendly service. The view from the room was also beautiful.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 4th floor. This gave us a great view of the plain.

Had a wonderful trip to Jackson Hole . The hotel was convenient and had great amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast at Spur and the rooftop hottub was the perfect end to a great day on the slopes. We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the lobby in the evening. The hotel staff was very helpful.

Room Tip: Would recommend a room on the mountainside on the 3rd floor or higher. Although they overlook a par...

The Teton Mountain Lodge was beautiful and right in the village. The lobby was cozy and welcoming. It had two fireplaces on either side that were surrounded by comfortable seating areas.

From the moment we arrived until our final moments there, the staff was delightful. From the people working at the front desk, to the concierge, housekeepers, ski locker attendant, and all the wonderful people working in the lobby who always made sure the fires were strong and attending to our every want. Everyone was friendly, professional and attentive.

My husband and I were in room # 323 and his mom and step-dad were in room # 208. Room # 208 looked out onto the slopes and Room # 323 faced the opposite direction toward the main road that took us to the airport. Both views were gorgeous.

After settling into our rooms, we walked into the village and picked up our ski passes and my rental snowboard for the trip. In order to get to the ski rental shop, we had to walk through a tunnel built by snow, which was really neat. Once we had our rental gear in hand, we walked back to the hotel to drop it and learned how nice their ski locker was. Last year, when we were in Montana, they had a room outside of the hotel that everyone in the hotel could just store their gear, and thus, was not well protected. It turned out, someone either stole or mistakenly grabbed our friend's snowboard. We were all pleased that at Teton Mountain Lodge, we handed our gear to an attendant who put a sticker with our room # on our gear. We all felt better about storing our gear at the Teton Mountain Lodge than we had the year prior. It was organized, inside the room hotel, and we felt like our stuff was safe.

We loved that the Teton Mountain Lodge was right in the village because each day, it took us only 5 minutes to walk to the ski lifts and we were walking slowly and carefully since some parts were icy. For our last run of the day each day, we wouldn't snowboard all the way to the base and would just end the ride right there and walk through the parking lot to our lodge. It was very convenient.

The bathtub in our room at the Teton Mountain Lodge was huge. It could easily fit two average-sized adults. All of the bath products were also amazing. The hand soap smelled like lavender mint, the moisturizer and shower gel like Juniper breeze and the shampoo and conditioner like sage. Usually, hotel bath products are awful and leave me feeling dry. The bath products at Teton Mountain Lodge left me feeling silky and smooth. All of the products were in reusable containers so each day the cleaning staff at the lodge refilled the containers. There was a warning on the counter that there would be a charge for taking the reusable containers.

One night at the hotel, we bought a pizza and brought it back to the lobby. We all sat around the fire in the lobby of our hotel and enjoyed pizza and wine by the fireplace. It was comfortable, delicious and fun. The hotel staff was friendly enough to bring us real porcelain plates, cloth napkins, wine glasses, and silverware.

One regret was that we had forgotten to check out the rooftub jacuzzi. I had seen pictures on online of the rooftop hot tub before staying at the lodge and then had forgotten all about it until moments before we left. I had to check it out before leaving. It was more incredible than the pictures I had seen. The views were breathtaking. Maybe I'll make it back another winter or during the summer :)

The property is well kept, staff friendly, clean and quiet.
At the slopes base, only 200 meters from the tram on a flat well maintained pathway.
Good bar atmosphere at "Spurs" with Happy hour for good pares ski.

This was our 2nd trip to the lodge and our family has made a pact that we will make this an every other year holiday. We had the 3 bedroom suite, complete with all the amenities and comforts of home. Views of the mountain and valley were spectacular. The hotel staff from front desk, concierge, housekeeping, ski locker to the Spur restaurant were so friendly and helpful. For those who like the ski in and ski out location, it doesn't get any better than this. Jackson Hole Ski Resort is a gem and this was truly one of our best family trips!

This hotel and spa was a wonderful choice for our winter vacation. We had a room with a kitchenette which provided all of the comforts of home while away. Although the room itself is small with a murphy bed and not enough drawers to unpack our luggage, it was affordable, clean, quiet, comfortable and modern with a nice balcony and view of the ski mountain and tram. The air is very dry here and we were relieved to be able to get a humidifier brought to our room, which really helped. I love that they have in room recycling and refill all of the toiletries instead of wasting plastic from the typical travel size offerings. We used the rooftop hot tub several times which was a nice touch. The eucalyptus steam room is heavenly. We rented a car after a couple of days and they said they had a deal with Enterprise for 10% off. Enterprise picked us up at the hotel at no extra cost which saved us $60 from the cost of a cab. The restaurant Spur was very good and is considered one of the hot aprés spots.
