For a well seasoned traveler, the $250 per night price tag was not a deterant; however, with the resort image and resort price tag, this place was very disappointing. Rooms fairly sparse and a tight squeeze. Reserved two rooms for three nights, confirming two queen beds in each. Recieved one room with king, one room with two double beds. Switched king immediately; but why have to bother at a resort. Suffered in double beds one night due to sell out and moved next day to originally confirmed accommodation.
Breakfast was resort priced with "diner-style" results. TERRIBLE choice for hostess, uninformed wait staff, overstated menu descriptions(ie. did not serve what was promissed). Service slow w/dining room empty. Did not eat there the rest of the stay.
Upon room refresh, many items not replenished or replaced. Sounds petty; but no ice machine on third floor. Must travel or wait too long for room service to deliver. The devil is in the detail.
The stay was worth $150 to maybe $175 per night.
