We paid $279 or so for a room on a Sunday night. Room was very clean, and very convenient to resort.

However, rooms shower had almost no water pressure, so you had to stand underneath shower head. Additionally, the desk had no toiletries available (as many hotels do if you forget something like toothpaste) - I'd think for $279, you can have a $1 bottle of toothpaste available. Not good service for a hotel who is clearing targeting an upper class demographic.

My adult son and myself spend 9 nights in a 1br suite with a murphy bed in the lounge. The room was massive, by far the biggest floor spaced room I have ever had whilst skiing. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Unbeknown to me the room had 2 generous bathrooms/toilets and a washing machine/dryer and free wi-fi. The kitchen was stocked with generous amounts of crockery and cutlery so if you wanted to entertain you could. Housekeeping took pride in their work and it was always a pleasure to return each afternoon to a spotlessly clean room.
I could continue with the praise in every detail, but go see it for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

It was really hard to pick a place to stay in Jackson/Teton Village but we are so glad we picked TML. It was perfect for what we needed. We did not want a murphy bed so we chose the other option. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was HUGE. It had a really large jetted tub with room for 2 people (which made no need for the rooftop hot tub). The bed was amazingly comfortable and everything was very clean. We loved the glove/boot dryer that was in the closet- we used it every night. Out only complaint about the room would be how hard it was to control the temperature. It was either too hot or too cold the entire time but they have plenty of blankets and a wonderful down comforter that didnt make this an issue. The internet is a little bit frustrating as you have to log on with a username and password every time you want to use the internet.

Like some of the other reviews have said it is mostly ski in/ski out, with a 5-10 min walk to the gondola or other lifts. It really was wonderful and I cant say enough about the ski valet! Those guys were amazing!!

We visited the spa on our last day there and got the couples treatment which was fantastic. Our only complaint was that the bathtub water they prepared for us was SCALDING hot, but we just added more cold water and that was easily remedied. The concierge was so helpful with suggestions on where to eat and where to visit- thanks guys! We ate at the Mangy Moose A LOT- I recommend the nachos! Enjoy!

We truly enjoyed our stay at TML. We are pretty picky when it comes to hotels and choosing accommodations, but TML was the perfect fit. Initially, we thought we'd want to stay at Hotel Terra, but we did not like the idea of a murphy bed. TML also has rooms with murphy beds, but we selected a sundance junior suite -- as you cannot see the tv from the murphy beds. (Since we don't have a tv in our bedroom at home, this is a luxury we enjoy while on vacation...)

The sundance junior suite was great -- fireplace at the foot of the bed, tv, balcony, kitchenette, coffee maker, huge bathtub that fits two ppl complete with jets or something like them. The sheets were clean, the pillows were soft, and we love us a down comforter. Overall, zero complaints about the room except that we couldn't sort out how to make it cooler in there, but we never actually asked how to do so, so it was our own fault.

While it was definitely ski-in, it was a 5-10 minute walk to the lift/gondola. To me, this is still close enough to warrant ski in/out, as you don't have to take a shuttle, but some like the lift right outside the door.

Our package deal also had breakfast at Cascade included. We enjoyed the buffet very much, but really really liked the complimentary sides you could get along with the buffet -- such as pancakes or waffles. It was really perfect.

We did use the concierge to inquire about activities other than skiing and also used them to book a taxi. When our taxi ended up being more than 30 minutes late to take us to the airport (minor panic on our part...) the concierge spoke to the driver and the ride was comp'ed, which we appreciated considering the driver's tardiness for our scheduled pick-up. (Thanks Matt for handling this.)

TML had everything we needed and/or wanted -- internet, restaurant/bar, business center, newspapers, hairdryers, hot tubs, ski lockers, spa, gym, etc. Hands down a great choice for the area and we were glad to find an option that fit our budget that was not a murphy bed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Hello - our family of five stayed at Teton Mountain Lodge for a week after Christmas. Due to a problem with the bed sizes in our 1 BR suite, we were upgraded to a 1 BR w/loft. The manager was very accommodating and called afterwards to make sure everything was OK.

The the condos are great, beautiful bathrooms, nicely furnished and well maintained. The lobby is spectacular a great spot to hang out by the fire! They were decorated beautifully for Christmas. The pool and hot tub areas were great clean and well maintained.

The location is great for skiing and is close to restaurants. We enjoyed apres ski in Cascades!

We want to return in the summer! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great accommodations, all around great service and great location, perfect for a week of skiing. Best of all were the kind staff who took wonderful care of us when our flight got canceled over the holidays and we needed a room for an extra night and help with alternate travel plans. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend the hotel to others.

This was a great place for me to stay while doing some business in Driggs, ID. They were a bit under construcvtion with some remodeling and the was a Servpro van there for some water damage. I almost rated this average because when I went there the room was not prepared but they sent me to it unknowlingly anyway. However, the night manager was great and handled it with class although I sort of expected a comp breakfast or something. The got me into a new room with a HUGE jacuzzi tub and the room was impeccable. The breakfast was amazing...citrus waffles with fresh fruit and some pretty fantastic coffee. I'll be back!

tyler_barker, General Manager at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa- A Noble House Resort, responded to this review, 10 December 2010
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and reviews relating to your recent stay at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa; direct guest feedback is a valuable component as we strive to improve our guest services. The early onset of unprecedented winter conditions led to an unexpected leak that did cause some water damage to a few rooms. We had had colder temperatures and much more snow than usual for that time of year, which certainly makes winter visitors to Teton Village pleased! While responding to this incident, we inadvertently cleared your room for arrival when it was not ready. I am glad to hear that our night manager handled the situation well, but additionally, I hope you will accept our sincere apologies. We are now moving into the heart of our winter season with all of our rooms in the impeccable condition you found after changing rooms.
