Normally I don't care all that much to stay in Four Seasons, but this experience could not be better. While it was rather expensive the convenience and service was amaizing. I love the very convenient ski in and out. The local ski rental and boot wormers. I have been spoiled and I am afraid skiing anywere else now will not be the same. We were fortunate enough to have a view of the sloped out the window which was fun. Thank you friendly staff for such the great experience!!

Our first stay at FSJH took place during the summer months. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to come back for snow skiing during spring break. We stayed at the FS Florence a few years back and it is perhaps one of the greatest hotels in the world. It is grand and the service is over the top. In sum, you felt like you were living in castle, residing as the king back in the 1800s. FSJH is equally amazing with a completely different approach. FSJH aspires to be just like the folks of Jackson -- charming, laidback and welcoming. After much consideration, I would actually choose FSJH over FS Florence.

This time we stayed on the hotel side. I actually prefer the hotel side to the residence side as we did not have to cook any meals. We ate 3 meals a day in the hotel. For breakfast we always ordered room service. Every breakfast was perfect, although it does take 30-45 minutes to arrive (which is what they tell you when you order). For lunch and dinner we ate at the Handlebar all four days. This is perhaps one of the best ski in/ski out restaurants you will ever eat at. The food is a 10 out of a 10 and the service was lightening fast. Whoever runs that ship deserves a serious raise.

Our room was a standard. It was too small for four people. Next time (and there will be a next time) we will get an adjoining room for the kids. The only complaint was the noise from the snow machines on the slopes. Regardless, the room was spotless, fresh, and exactly what we expected.

Concerning the ski in/ski out I would like to know if there is a better hotel. It took us 8 minutes to get from our room, to the ski concierge, to the slopes (this is not a joke). The rental service took us about 15 minutes. It usually takes us 30 minutes to an hour and half at other properties. In sum, it does not get any easier to get to the slopes. The only problem is the mountain itself. The mountain is a beast for small kids. Thankfully they have one of the best ski schools I have ever seen. Definitely take your kids to ski school the first day.

I could go on and on but I did that in the last review of FSJH. If you have the money and the passion for skiing this place must be on your bucket list.

The resort was amazing, extra perks/services everywhere. Loved hot chocolate and s'mores wile in hot tub and warmed up robes after. Rooms were very spacious with huge bathrooms and walk-in closets. Rental and exit to slopes right on the 2nd floor. Lounge very comfortable with wood cracking fire. Gas fire pits outside with blankets. Dining options were excellent as well. Highly recommended.

Our family travels often and we were so pleased with the level of comfort and service provided for children and babies at the Four Seasons in Jackson hole.
We traveled with 3 families, each with a child under 2. When we checked in, each room had a welcome sign, Johnson and Johnson amenities, a children's book, snack cup and Cheerios, along with a nice crib and refrigerator set up. I have never seen this in any hotel before and it was just so welcoming. The little touches were so meaningful, including a nice wooden changing table in the main hotel lobby bathroom complete with all sized diapers and wipes . We used the ski school daycare during the day and the babysitters offered through the hotel were just extraordinary. My daughter cried when she left. I wish all hotels accommodated children as well as the four seasons in Jackson hole . For a family on the go, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Pros: The rooms are spacious. The lobby is huge and inviting for socializing. The ski-in/ski-out location is the best in Teton Village. The West Bank Grille is an excellent dinner option. The Handle Bar is a happening bar.

Cons: This place is expensive. You'd do just as well to stay nearby and use them for their food options. That said, however, I would say the only improvement should be their breakfast--it is quite slow and expensive for the price you pay--and also the pancakes come out hard/crispy and the eggs are a bit crunchy. I wish it were more of a good, fresh, hot buffet for the prices they charge.

Finally checked this resort off my bucket list-- Definitely worthwhile! Would also love to go in the summertime.

Pros:
◻️ great service by the outdoor pool. Loved the smores!

◻️ beautiful outdoor pool area

◻️ cool fire pits / seating areas outside

◻️ evening entertainment in lobby

◻️ very friendly service at front desk, concierge, bell staff

◻️ great location, especially for skiers

Cons:
◻️ intermittent blasts of scalding hot water in shower

◻️ no shop in hotel to by drinks/ snacks

◻️ unstocked mini fridge in room, not very cold.

◻️ only 3 bath towels provided in room

◻️ no resort info provided in the rooms

◻️ lockers in spa were given out in one area it seemed, so the few people in there were stacked upon one another

◻️ nickel & dime you-- no free water on the room, & charged for higher speed internet access

◻️ room service kind of slow

Exquisite stay. Pitch-perfect, anticipatory, authentic customer service experience. I honestly did know such service existed at hotels in the U.S.

Rooms were beautiful, romantic, perfectly clean; nothing looked worn or used.

Location in the mountains, steps from the lifts/gondola is perfect.

Restaurants and room service are pricey, of course, but the food is excellent.

Concierge one of the best in the world; team worked expertly and efficiently to book all excursions and answer questions.

Wish they used Precor Ellipticals instead of cheap Matrix brand, but many hotels get dinged for this.

S'mores and drink services in the hot tubs was a nice touch; as were the warmers for the towels and robes while we bathed. Hot tubs could have been larger, but minor point.

Reception, room service, housekeeping - everyone was very professional and anticipatory.

One of the finest stays in a U.S. hotel in my lifetime. Have already begun researching additional Four Seasons properties to try in the future.
