“One of the best hotels in the United States.”

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a huge suite. We had reserved a suite but not this one. It felt like home with a huge living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath plus a powder room. It also had a terrace with a view of the mountains right outside. We were on the back of the hotel. The service was impeccable at all times. The food was delicious in all the restaurants and room service. There were also two fireplaces (gas) that made a wonderful atmosphere. The pool and spa were beautiful. We noticed lots of families and there is a kiddie area also. It must be truly beautiful in the snow.

Wow. Absolutely beautiful. Stunning. Pools were paradise. Pillowtop beds were to die for. I didn't want to leave. Just really over the top service.

This hotel exceeded our expectations at every turn. We stayed in a one bedroom premium suite with our three children for six nights. The room was huge. The master bedroom closet was so big that we were able to put the baby's crib in there for a quiet spot.

By the end of the week, the valet's knew our kids names and greeted us like we were old friends. There was NEVER a housekeeping cart in the hallway and yet the room was cleaned twice without us ever being interrupted.

We even had to use the laundry service for the kids clothes once. For a mere eight dollars, they laundered an entire bag of children's clothes and delivered them folded and wrapped in paper in about four hours.

The concierge was unbelievably helpful and candid (they gently discouraged us from trying to do Yellowstone in a single day with a 2 year old (THANK YOU!)

The pools and hot tubs were spectacular with impeccable poolside service including heated towels!

You would not believe how family friendly this place was. We requested and got: high end crib, high chair and linenes. They included three pint sized robes and slippers...including some for our baby!.

On check in our kids were delighted to find homemade personalized cookies for each of them with fresh milk in the fridge.

I am only sorry we didn't stay longer...worth every cent.

The Peak Restaurant is a must try for dinner.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole for a week in July 2009. The hotel facilities and rooms are very well done, comfortable, well designed and spacious. As with most Four Seasons hotels, service is what makes this property special. The concierge staff is particularly good. Talk with Rheana or Michael...but all are good. They managed everything from restaurant reservations to detailed hiking maps.

The Four Seasons hotel in Teton Village is a homey beautifully decorated upscale mountain property. The premier rooms are spacious with fireplaces and soaking tubs. They also have spectacular mountain views.
I would not recommend the standard rooms at all as they are small and most face the parking lot. The standard room category looked like any motel room and was a major disappointment.
The property has several small pools heated to varying temperatures. On the downside there were many children in diapers in these pools.
Service poolside was great with pool attendants providing heated towels and robes.
The spa was small but well appointed.
The main restaurant served wonderful fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner with fruits and salads and delicious main courses. Special requests were easily accommodated. The japanese sushi in the lounge was superb.
Great hotel for skiing with the ski-in ski-out service.

Loved this Four Seasons- it was a little rustic without being overdone. Everyone at the hotel was so nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic. The rooms very comfortable and spacious.

We visited the Four Seasons for my birthday in January 2009. It was a truly excellent and memorable experience. If you want to surprise someone or to have a good honeymoon etc., then this is the perfect place. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and the level of accomodation incredibly good. The only suggestions I would have it to try and pre-arrange your collection from the Airport with a local taxi firm as the hotel arranged transport is three times what you would normally pay. Other than that, this is a real gem. Ski concierge was very good and very helpful.
