Our expectations were high with these being a Four Seasons restaurant but we were still blown away. First off the view and atmosphere are incredible. You are on a patio that is heated with heated counter tops as well. It is a winter oasis. We came just as dinner was starting so we were able to meet the chef Jeff Hileman. What a nice guy. He explained some of his favorite dishes and it is clear this guy is passionate about cooking. We had many things on the menu as we sat and drank while enjoying the view. The oysters were awesome. The chili was as get as any I can remember. Everything that came out was a hit.
I don't get some of the complaints.This place is popular so it can get crowded during ski season. It is on the Four Seasons property so it is going to be on the pricier side. If you take those things into consideration then this place is pretty special. Just relax, indulge and enjoy the winter oasis.Thanks Jeff and your wonderful staff for adding to a very memorable vacation.
