“Great hotel in a nice village!”
Reviewed 17 June 2014

We stayed at Hotel Terra as our base for seeing the Tetons and Yellowstone. All the amenities were top notch. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant at the base of the ariel lift has gluten free buns which was a big winner with my son.
We stayed in a one bed with 2 baths and a full kitchen. The living room had a very comfortable murphy bed. Very good idea, way better than a sofa bed.
Maid service was excellent.
The only problem was parking late at night, there was not enough close by parking, I wonder how that will be in the peak winter season.
We will stay here again if we return to the area.

Green Features: All their products were environmentally friendly. All the appliances were Energy Star rated.

I could not have picked a better place to stay this summer to see the Tetons. There were other hotels a bit more reasonable but they did not come close to affording all the comforts and conveniences that Hotel Terra does. You will not regret staying here!

This Hotel and its amenities are absolutely amazing! From the moment you pull in to the valet parking to the check in experience, the room (I recommend a one room suite as fabulous) to the spa (another amazing experience) and the wonderful Osteria restaurant.....there is not one single part of my experience at Hotel Terra that was anything less than professional and amazing! I can not wait for my return visit with them!

Room Tip: Loved the one room suite, could have accommodated 2 adults and 2 children quite comfortably (2 bathr...

This place rocks!! From the moment we pulled up to the valet parking, EVERYONE was so professional and nice!! The lady at the front desk even walked our room keys to the pool where our kids were swimming and we were waiting on our rooms to be ready! This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms were super clean! My only problem was I wished I could have stayed longer! These people really know what customer service is! I'll be back!

If you want to be near everything at Teton Village in Jackson hole this is very reasonably priced and near everything. I would stay here again if visiting this area. it was a quick overnight stay and I met friends at another location they were staying for dinner and drinks so I did not get to experience what the hotel had to offer.

Green Features: They do not detract from a normal stay and was notably clean and friendly

The Hotel Terra is a very classy hotel with comfortable, nicely appointed rooms.
The bed and linens were very soft and wonderful. The hotel also offers complimentary self-laundry which was much appreciated. There was an iron and board provided in the room.

We were very unhappy with the hotel restaurant situation. Prior to making our reservations at the Hotel Terra, we had done our research on TripAdvisor and we chose the hotel because of the highly rated Il Villagio Osteria Italian restaurant.

When we arrived and attempted to make reservations, we were told the restaurant was not open that evening. Nothing on the website gave an indication that it would not be open on a Monday evening. The following day we again wanted to have lunch at the Il Villagio but we were informed that the restaurant was not open for lunch at all during the summer (we were there in May). Again, the hotel/restaurant website indicates the restaurant is open daily at 11:30 am.

We ended up eating at the #1 rated restaurant – Teton Thai and were very happy with the food.

Note that the "add-ons" make this much more expensive than it may appear. Our room rate was $127.20, but the $12.72 Room Tax and the "Daily Hotel Fee" of $11.19 raised the rate by 20%!

Very nice hotel - modern clean lines. Room had a nice view out to the ski lift. Work out room was nice. Pool was small but provided nice view and was heated but outside. Room was nice but a little small. Bathroom was very nice with double sink. Walls are very thin - could hear crying baby and kids playing outside.
