Wow! This place makes the best croissants outside of France. We waited days for this place to open -- it's only open Wed-Sat, but after our first visit in the morning, we went again that afternoon. The croissant was not as flaky in the afternoon, perhaps due to Hilo's high humidity, but it was still delicious. We also tried the quiche (flaky crust and creamy filling); a "Rock Bun," similar to a scone but butterier and softer with pineapple/coconut one day and chocolate/coconut the next; lillikoi lattice bars; a chocolate croissant; a ham and cheese croissant; an almond croissant; and a cherry tart. Everything was outstanding. I loved this place!
