“Tasty lunch items”
Reviewed 12 July 2014

We stopped in and found the cafe to be exactly what we were after. Good fish and sandwiches.
The draft beers were few but diverse. They also have bottled beers.

“Yes, it's expensive but the food and cocktails are good”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 via mobile

First off, they have relocated, they are not in the strip mall anymore, but the location still seems a bit out of place for their style. Like some others have said, yes, it's expensive and the food isn't very plentiful, but what you get is good. I had the pot pie and my husband had the eggplant. Both were average priced, under 20, and tasty. But if we had the chance we definitely would have gone back for the cocktails, delicious! We had the mojito and margarita, just outstanding. If you don't go for dinner, go for drinks and dessert.

“Modern”
Reviewed 20 June 2014

Quite different from the rest of Hilo that we experienced. We liked the low-key, non gentrified feel of Hilo, but this restaurant was a fun diversion. It was not a cafe, but a nice restaurant with interesting, good dishes. Location on the water was good, too.

“Great food, service and atmosphere”
Reviewed 20 June 2014

Have eaten here several times since they have moved to their new location. High quality, fresh ingredients and servers committed to excellence. Pricey, but worth it.

“Great food and location.”
Reviewed 17 June 2014 via mobile

We stopped here on our way to Rainbow Falls and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The location was a nice view of the bay. My son had a burger, I had the tomato bisque and my husband had fish and chips. It was the best soup I've had and the fish and chips were the best on the island. The burger was ok.
