We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-April 2011. The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom had beautiful furniture with a big comfy bed and a fantastic bathroom. The kitchen had lovely granite countertops and everything you could possibly need. The second bedroom was large and the loft, with two twin beds and a desk, was huge. The lanai had a wonderful view overlooking the lawn and pool and was equipped with an exceptionally nice built-in propane grill, sink and its own set of dinnerware. The condo was well equipped for families with board games, a videogame system, beach towels, two sets of snorkel gear, a boogie board, movies… The condo village is one of many located in the Waikoloa Beach area but it feels secluded and was very quiet. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the pool had a waterfall and hot tub. The villas are located across the road from the Queens Marketplace where there are restaurants, a food court, an upscale market, Starbucks and other shops. The A-bay beach is about a 15 minute walk but there are so many wonderful beaches along this coast that you won’t want to limit yourself to just that one. The ladies from Resortica Hawaii were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this vacation rental to all except those with disabilities who would have difficulty carrying suitcases and bags of groceries up a flight of stairs (the condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building).
