It's a good show but very regulated and same every time. It would be good if they offered a little change now and then. The grounds are very nice and the opening of the imu is entertaining. I've probably been there four or five times so maybe it's just me. It's new and interesting for the first time or two but gets old fast.

Family run business - imu ceremony (opening the pit and bringing out the pig) was highlighted by a mating dance by a male peacock with his potential mate. Food buffet is plentiful and delicious. They keep the flow of people moving nicely. Open bar before and during dinner. Very nice show after dinner providing insights into the many nationalities who migrated to Hawaii to make it the Melting Pot it is today. Thanks to the Smith Family for a superb 70th birthday celebration.

Luaus are always fun to take part in, and I love gardens!

This is different from what anyone can expect!

While we waited for your boat trip to the Fern Grotto, we walked around the botanic gardens. They were nice but not spectacular. The boat ride to the Fern Grotto was equally disappointing. This was our very first stop of Kauai so didn't yet know the beauty of the island. After other activities that we did, we looked back on this trip as somewhat disappointing. I believe this had better days but that those have gone by.

This is a gorgeous place, full of Hawaiian greenery. A superb botanical garden to see. The most interesting part of the attraction, however, are the birds and animals. Perfect for little children. Spend $5 on the bird feed at the entrance and you will never forget a peacock eating out of your hand.
