“Very Poor Customer Service”

Arranged for a 3 dive day for each of 3 people. Upon arrival, we had only been scheduled for 2 dives each. Weather limited us to one dive. We were told by the divemaster that we would only pay for one dive each. We were charged for 3. I called and explained. I was told that they would investigate and get right back to me. I called several more times and they didn't pick up the phone (must have had caller ID).
