Having never been in a helicopter before I was understandably a little nervous but once we took off- fabulous.

Pros:
Very knowledgeable pilot..
Comfortable, my friend and I sat in front VIP seats (more expensive) with Captain Chris.
His soundtrack was awesome as we flew over the island in a beautiful sunny afternoon.

Cons:
Our husbands were in the back and were squashed in like sardines due to the size of the other two passengers who were a good 450-500 lbs between them. So a very uncomfortable flight for them.

Safety Issue:
To our minds this was a safety issue as if there had been a need to get out in an emergency our husbands would certainly have not been saved due to this couple. On opening the doors on arrival back at the heliport when the door was opened this lady and gentleman were physically assisted in getting out, this lady also had a walking stick in board and her husband a bag, while we had to lick up our purses and things in a locker in the office.

Without this our husbands would have had a better trip as they could not take photos or video due to not being able to move, we have a DVD of the trip and watched it when we got home and the couple took 3/4 of the 4 back seats. If we go back again we will certainly ask who our flying companions will be.

All that being said - fantastic trip not to be missed.

Had great views of the island. The time flew by. The canyon and Napali coast were fantastic. Our 3 month old did great. Our 5 yr old was cranky before we got on but still enjoyed it.

Greg was an excellent pilot - gave us so much great information, and was skilled at getting us very close to the view. Thanks, Greg!

This was one of the best days of my life. The scenery just kept getting better and better. Kauai is so beautful and the Napali coast can be seen by hiking it, from the water and from the air. We did all three and all were amazing excursions. The pilot played music for us and the soundtrack couldn't have been better. So worth it. Thank you!
