About 4 miles out of Lihue up a narrow, winding paved road. Small parking lot at end. Falls are beautiful and there is a large pool at the bottom. No "official" access to pool but apparently you can climb down a steep path a couple of turnoff's back and hike up. Haven't tried it so don't know how dangerous it is. State needs to cut the tall grass behind the protective railing as it impedes the view of the bottom of the falls. Definitely worth a trip out from Lihue.
