We just finished our stay here and loved it. The grounds were very nice and the rooms were big, clean and well laid out. Thanks to the staff - Lovey, Elena, Ashley and Koa for the welcome and great service during our stay and check out. This is best for a family that will be out and like to feel like you're at home. We did a lot of traveling during a good part of the week so a beachfront full service hotel would have not been right for us. The only drawback is the green fencing and undeveloped area view from our room. I definitely recommend it for families or those with multiple folks in your travel group. Can't wait to come back!

This is an all apartment resort, with large 2 and 3 bedroom accommodation. We had 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and very spacious, top quality accommodation. The kids loved having their own room (they are early 20's so privacy and their own bathroom was very appreciated. We stayed 4 nights and were really just getting sorted out. There are a group of shops and restaurants just 5 minutes easy walk, and the "beach" is 5 minutes walk the other direction, although it's really just a rocky shore next to the Sheraton hotel. But get a rental car and you can get to Poi'pu beach in a few minutes, Waimea Canyons in 20 minutes, all very convenient.

Would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful relaxing time before heading to the mad dash of Waikiki.

We stayed at The Wyndham - Koloa Landing for ten days in June/July 2104. We enjoyed the 2BR-2BA unit very much, but this partially developed resort is far from "Grand"! The staff was great and we enjoyed our condo, but there is no "resort" here. The pools are nice, but not as big as the photos make them appear. There is no food or bar service on the premises, so plan on leaving the "resort" for anything beyond a great room and a simple pool-side nap.

That said, the location is good - though not within a reasonable walk to any practical beach. But, within a five minute drive, plenty of things to enjoy and do. Overall, it was a good value and we enjoyed our stay, but that was largely due to our modest expectations and lack of need for any pool-side services. If you really want a true "resort", go down the street to the Hyatt!
