We booked our condo at the Manualoa at Poipu Kai through CoastlineCottages.com. Lori was very easy to work with. They have several other property options to chose from that are also affordable. The walk to the beach was short and rewarding. They are in very close proximity to a couple of really good eateries (Brenneke's and Kalapaki Joe's). We had pool privileges at two of their onsite pools and used one of their "community" gas grills. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach balls, etc. Tip: the summer months are better for snorkeling on the north shore. But you can spot multiple turtles in the surf on the southern beaches at any time. Our condo did not have a/c, but it was not too uncomfortable.
