RumFire's exquisite dining room is the perfect choice for a memorable dinner, artfully blending locally sourced cuisine with global influences. “Silly name for a really good dining spot.”

Not sure what "Rumfire" is supposed to mean, but we enjoyed the beautiful beach front setting for our sunset dinner. Good food, a bit pricey, good service.

“Slow service”
Reviewed 20 July 2014 via mobile

The entrees were good and that's the only reason I didn't give it one star. Just me and my wife on our honeymoon and the dinner took over 2 hours. Also, the waitress gave the table next to us who were on their 2 year anniversary a free dessert and didn't offer us anything for being on our honeymoon. Not expected, but annoying when you see a table next to you get something. For a $12 lobster bisque, I would expect some lobster meat. There was none and looked like it came from a Campbell's soup can. Also, the restaurant is right next to where a wedding was going on so we got to hear loud bass during the last half hour of our marathon meal. I would not recommend this place and wouldn't go back. Worst $145 meal I've ever had in my life. I get better service at TGIFridays for a third of the price.

“Special birthday dinner at Poipu.”
Reviewed 19 July 2014 via mobile

Our 50th birthday celebration for my sister at RumFire was a great success! We had a party for 18 which included 9 children and everyone loved our private table overlooking the beach. The food, service and atmosphere were marvelous Many thanks to Ivan for helping us preorder appetizers and a special coconut birthday cake I would recommend RumFire for any special occasion especially if you have to plan it from another state by email or phone. Many thanks also to our private server Keeliani for her calm and warm hospitality to all

“Delicious”

Beautiful setting, waves crashing all around, gorgeous interior, great service, delicious food! What more could you want. Lobster bisque was delicious, and so was Ahi appetizer. The whole meal was just a pleasure in a relaxing setting.

“Perfect for sunset”
Reviewed 14 July 2014

Great location to enjoy the sunset. Great menu with great seafood. Service very upbeat and friendly. Great live music the night we were there that did not interfere with the evening but added to the atmosphere. We have eaten there a few times now on our visits and are never disappointed.
