The place is old and it shows. There are rumors of a possible remodeling which would be much needed. We had dinner while outside a wedding was taking place and the combination is not ideal. The wedding caused service to be slow and the restaurant to be noisy and flooded with flashlights. On of us ordered the fish special and it was fantastic. The other one the mixed seafood pouched dish which was simply tasteless. Not even an hefty dousing of teriyaki sauce was able to bring it to life. Two shrimps, two scallops a small piece of ahi (or something like it) and mostly vegetables for well over $30. The sorbet was very good and the serving generous. We had some very nice Santa Barbara SeaGlass Sauvignon Blanc at three times the list price; what a rip off! The wine list is very limited. Our waiter was very nice and that was the only positive aspect of the whole experience. The restaurant manager was bit full of himself, but a good story teller (if you know what we mean…). Our general recommendation, wait for the remodeling and perhaps a new kitchen crew. Meantime, go somewhere else.
