The proximity to area attractions was a positive. Screen and exterior door locks need to be replaced.

Upon our arrival to Kauai after 12 hours of travel, it was nice to be able to change clothes and head off to the grocery store. We prefer to stay in rentals/condos so that we can make our own breakfasts and pack lunches for our daily activities/excursions.
The room had beach towels for each of us, and they have a cottage with beach/snorkeling supplies that you can borrow for the day. The condos are not air conditioned, but it was not needed. The ceiling fans and cross breezes were enough to keep us comfortable.
This was centrally located, and I felt like we were able to see almost the whole island without issues. In the mornings, you see many people out for their daily jogs or walks - Spouting Horn is the perfect turn around if you are looking for about 3.5 miles.
Overall, it was a nice stay, and if we should come back to Kauai, I would definitely stay here.

Our condo's are very well stocked with everything you should need to create your own daily dishes. The Beach Hut, is also a great way to supply your activities for beach fun. And glad to hear you took advantage of what we offer.
