I know it is strange to spend one day camping when you have already paid for the condo for a week. However, this way you get to spend extra time on the road to Hana and beyond. The park is great for camping we had a good meal in Hana that night and were on our way to the 7 scared pools long before the crowds got there.
We continued around the back side of the island . it was gorgeous plus we got to visit the winery at the end!
The tents were nice and came with everything we needed, cooler, flashlights, comfortable bed and bedding. Note: if you are on the road to Hana it is most likely to rain at some point. so be prepared and bring your rain gear.
