“Local Favorite but slow slow slow”

If you don't mind waiting for over an hour and a half for your one pizza and bringing your own drinks then this is your place.

“Happy VD”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 February 2014

Had our VD dinner last week. Took a long time but we got a large salad that held us over. One of the best places to eat in/near Hana.

“Excellent value, food is great, don't pass them up!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 February 2014

Based on other reviews, my wife and I stopped here on a Friday night (they are only open Fri and Sat 4-8p). We ordered a half and half pizza with our own toppings. The crust is hand tossed and the toppings are all very fresh with all the veggies coming right from their own garden. Our order was up in 15 minutes and it was delicious. We brought a 6-pack of brewski's and it made it all the better. Plenty of seating and good ice cream and pop at the stand in front, which is co-owned by the Clay Oven (or something close enough to it).

We went back again on Saturday and we ordered the breadsticks, which are actually a pizza minus the sauce, with the usual garlic and spices. That was tasty! We then ordered a spicy pizza...it may have been called, "Babies Beware" or something similar. It was up in about 20 min and we delicious!

A past reviewer complained about the cook time which is hogwash. They now have 2 ovens which they start at about 1 pm. They are hot and ready to cook in right at 4 and with 4 total workers, they move fast! Bring a beer or buy homemade soda at the neighboring tent. Most pizzas are $14-18 and you can't go wrong!

“Eat here it's great !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 October 2013

The pizza and everything here is great. The only thing is that need to wait a long time for the pizza. This worked out fine for us because we sat at a picnic table and met other people. It was fun. If you go early, you won't need to wait as long.

“Fantastic Outdoor Pizza Parlor”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 October 2013

Friendly staff. Delicious food. BYOB, or you can buy beverages from the neighboring drink/food stand. Outdoor seating only, so beware of the weather. I would recommend people wear insect repellent as there were a lot of bugs at dusk. Only open for dinner 2 nights a week.
