Went with a group of 6 people (3 adults, 3 kids aged 10-12) on an outrigger canoe ride. Koa was our wonderful host. We loved that he taught us lots of Hawaiian words and told us all about the sport. He also told us quite a bit of Hawaiian history and culture and never made it seem like a rehearsed tour-guide-speech. We could tell he loved this place and loved his work. He was almost as excited as we were to jump out of the boat and swim with the green sea turtles. He explained why we shouldn't touch the turtles, though we were that close! And he was always attentive to safety, reminding us to lean towards the ama (the outrigger float) so as not to tip the boat. Worth every penny -- can't recommend this group highly enough. It was the highlight of our trip!
