They said the gardens had been completely redone, but it appeared the redo was the reception area, which was quite nice. The gardens themselves were overgrown and full of mosquitoes. They did give us mosquito spray to keep with us, which was entirely necessary, but there wasn't much left in the bottle and we used it up quickly. There were lots of interesting plants and flowers, but many of the signs were in disrepair, so we did not always know what we were looking at.
