This place really knows how to serve great food, without being "hoity-toity." You can relax in your bathing suit coverup, but still be serve 5 star restaurant food!

They also have open-air dining, so you can still see and smell the ocean so you don't feel closed off.

Stop by for dinner to catch a glimpse of the luau, come by for bottomless mimosas on Sunday or grab a happy hour drink as you are passing through.

The girls are great, the food is great and you will really feel the true Maui welcome here.

You can reserve a table right here at Betty's and ask them to seat you so you can see the Feast of Lele and you can have a view of the show which starts about 7-7:15 pm. If you have about 3 hours to leisure sit and eat slowly you can enjoy the view.

We started off with the chips and salsa, along with White Wine cooler and Lava Flow both delish. Then shared a side salad and main courses included the Kalua pork sandwich and grilled ono fish taco. Both tasty. The pork was alittle dry but tasty. We ended the meal with Betty's famous mango mud pie that can feed 3-4 people! All were tasty and satisfying and topping it off with the Polynesian show without having to sit through the Polynesian dinner which was from start to finish 3 hours long. If you just want a sampling of the show, you may not want to stay for 3 hours eating at Betty's because the breaks between the show at the Feast of Lele lasted between 30-45 minutes so they could serve food from different islands. Not very exciting in between the meals as they had no entertainment.

Convenient to our hotel, but kind of tucked away in back of shopping area. Still worth it since service was good and our food was good. The view on the beach was nice too. Not too busy when we were there for lunch. Very friendly staff.

We went for the weekly lobster special and it was worth waiting for! This is such a fun place, right on the beach, always busy with a lot of fun people and great atmosphere - if you time it right you also get to see a beach luau.
Ok, so the lobster was just lobster - not as good as the lobster in Boston at Legal Seafood but then what IS? You do have to buy something else if you order the special but a side salad goes well with it.

Another treat worth trying is the mud pie - it IS amazing but is also huge. We didn't give up and between the 2 of us we (very slowly) finished it and got some cheers from people at nearby tables. You cannot waste a bite of that amazing desert !
