Excellent place for breakfast. Arrived around 7:30am and everyone said good morning as we walked in. Very friendly, casual atmosphere.

Food is very good. Loved the eggs Benedict.

Seating is outdoors and you are right by the water.

Please note, they accept cash only. No credit cards.

This is the spot for a laid back breakfast at an affordable price. Food was very tasty and the service was top notch. Seemed like the locals go to as well, which is always a plus.

Let me preface this by saying I was in the Food and Beverage Business in some of the best hotels. First time to the islands for some much needed healing. Asked a local where we could start our morning right. "Sunrise Cafe is the place". Glad we asked. Quiet family run place at an island pace , very relaxing and unpretentious. Anthony and Jennifer running the front of the house, taking orders, serving and bringing us fresh coffee. Mom cooking in the back on 2 tiny burners(putting in a large stove soon) The coffee is awesome the menu reasonably priced and good down home food. The father oversees the operation helping out where needed. I fell in love with the Portuguese sausage. My wife tried something different the three straight days we ate there. Outdoor patio with Hibiscus and other plantings give it the Island atmosphere. We even had a Gecko entertain us looking for his/her own breakfast. If you are in a hurry remember you're on the islands to relax. You can order coffee beans from them for home but will take a few days for the coffee to arrive, but well worth the wait. We will be back.... Mahalo
